Appointments are available during business hours (9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday), with emergency matters attended to out of business hours as required.

Ms Mahnaz Benam

Australian Migratory Bird Director, Ms Mahnaz Benam is a registered Australian Migration Agent (MARN No 1465192) and fully licensed New Zealand Immigration Advisor (NZIAN No 201401259). An immigrant herself, Mahnaz is passionate about assisting each of her clients on their journey to a new life in Australia.

Mahnaz is a graduate in Australia and New Zealand Immigration Law (Victoria University). Her research skills and sound understanding of immigration law ensure her success in handling a variety of migration cases.

Her knowledge and experience help her identify the issues and risks inherent in each individual situation and offer the best possible immigration advice.

As a NAATI accredited interpreter and translator for Multiple Languages, Mahnaz is fluent in English, Persian, Azerbaijani and Turkish, and competent in Kurdish, facilitating communication with clients from each of these backgrounds.

Australian Migratory Bird has established a cooperative relationship with Ardeshir Legal and Immigration Services Firm, Ardeshir Legal and Ardeshir Immigration & Investment Consulting Inc. We are pleased to refer clients looking to immigrate to Canada to Mr Ardeshir Zarezadeh for legal advice and assistance pertaining to Canadian immigration. Ardeshir the owner of two mentioned firms is licensed and authorized to practice immigration law in Canada. He also provides immigration services for Caribbean countries including Antigua, Dominica and Grenada.
